How It Works

1. Fill Out the Form
   Provide your printer model, quantity, and pickup/shipping address.
2. We’ll Review and Respond
   Based on your printer model:
   • Some printers will be recycled through our partner.
   • Others may be repaired then repurposed through our donation programs.
3. Get Your Shipping Label and Eligibility Notice
   Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you an email with:
   • A prepaid shipping label
   • Information about whether your printer is qualified for donation or designated for responsible disposal recycling
   If your printer qualifies for donation, you’ll receive a donation receipt within 30 days of us receiving the unit.
