We’ll Review and Respond
Based on your printer model:
- Some printers will be recycled through our partner.
- Others may be repaired then repurposed through our donation programs.
Get Your Shipping Label and Eligibility Notice
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you an email with:
- A prepaid shipping label
- Information about whether your printer is qualified for donation or designated for responsible disposal recycling
If your printer qualifies for donation, you’ll receive a donation receipt within 30 days of us receiving the unit.
